Cricket Australia is looking for a passionate Training & Adoption Specialist to join our Technology team on a 12 month contract.

Reporting to the Office Services & Technology Adoption Manager, in this role you will be responsible for driving training and adoption for all our technology products. You’ll provide user advocacy into technology projects and be an ambassador for the

Microsoft 365 productivity suite.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development and execution of annual plans to increase technology awareness and training adoption
  • Understanding the Australian Cricket landscape user requirements to create change and training plans
  • Tracking and reporting on adoption uptake and identification of barriers to find solutions to reach out strategic objectives
  • Provide insights to the Office Services & Technology Adoption manager to aid in strategic development of objectives
  • Play a key role in projects across Australian Cricket

You Will Have

  • Tertiary Qualifications
  • Strong influential and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in driving and managing change
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Passion and a can-do attitude
