With the current measures, planning outings and holidays, as you have probably all noticed, is very difficult. Still, there’s no need to get bored, as we’ve rounded up all the youth cricket activities this summer for you! Will we see you again at one of these sporty days?
Olympic Festival on the Sportstrand in Scheveningen – 23 July to 8 August
From July 23 to August 8, 2021, the sports beach of The Hague will be transformed into a beautiful festival that brings the Olympic atmosphere from Tokyo to the Netherlands. The place where you can watch, experience and of course try out sports ?. An event where we as KNCB should not be missing! Visit the cricket activities on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd August from 09:00 to 19:30 and then watch live tributes from your favorite athletes. They come directly from Schiphol to the Olympic Festival in The Hague!
Flamingo cricket tournament – July 26-30
Led by CTC the Flamingos, compete with other cricket clubs in this summer tournament at HCC. For more information, visit the HCC website via the button below and register!

Street sports clinics in the outdoors in The Hague
The Municipality of The Hague wants children and young people in The Hague to participate in sports and exercise on a regular basis. That is why there are many public places in the city this summer where they can exercise for free with a professional sports coach! Here are the locations where you can enjoy a day of cricket:
- Thursday 29 July 13.30 – 15.30 in the Vermeer Park
- Friday 30 July 13.30 – 15.30 in the Vermeer Park
- Thursday 5 August 13.00 – 18.00 on the Steenwijklaan
- Friday 6 August 13.00 – 18.00 in the Zuiderpark
It is not necessary to register for the activities.
Amsterdam Cricket Academy – Bilingual Multisport Camps – August 18-20
Do you want to learn multiple sports, play outside and make friends in English and Dutch? Tennis, Frisbee, Rugby and Cricket are some of the sports you will be playing at these camps.
