“I’m really looking forward to qualifying. We have a very talented and dedicated group of players.
With Vikram Singh and Aryan Dutt we have two players with full international experience, which will be a huge advantage for our squad.
Playing in Desert Springs will be a great experience for our young men as the facility is one of the best in Europe.”

Update from the ICC:

The venue for the ICC U19 Men’s CWC Europe Qualifier tournament has moved from the La Manga Club to Desert Springs, following consultation with on-site staff and ICC pitch consultants. After a long period of inactivity due to the pandemic, followed by high summer temperatures and the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier last August, it was considered in the best interests of all concerned to move the event to Desert Springs. With only one field, the event – featuring teams from Ireland, Jersey, Scotland and the Netherlands – will now take place as a Single Round Robin event for 4 teams, followed by a final on September 25 between 1 and 2 in the RR.
