Rwanda Cricket: The African Cricket Authority has praised Rwanda’s readiness to host the Under-19 World Cup qualifiers

The management of the Rwanda Cricket Association and the head of the ICC-Africa Cricket Association (ICC-Africa) were coached by the coaches and captains of the five teams that will take part in the tournament on Wednesday. Mr Kuben Pillay, Director of the African Cricket Association, said that  giving Rwanda the opportunity to host up to four international tournaments was all part of the good preparations for the previous tournament. This includes the commemoration of the Tutsi victims of the April 1994 Genocide, which was organized and ended with no one presenting a diagnosis of Coronavirus.
He also said that this was due to the efforts of the National Administration to prevent and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.

National team coach Martin Sudji said the players were well prepared and confident of their performance in the tournament.

The coaches and captains of the teams that participated in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers for the Under-19 World Cup in Rwanda all agreed that preparations had not been successful due to the Covid pandemic.19.

It is also expected to be played at two venues in Kigali City, namely the stadium built at the School of Applied Sciences known as RP-IPRC Kigali and the international stadium built at Gahanga.

The five national teams will take part in the qualifiers, which will be hosted by Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Namibia and Nigeria.

All of these teams will face each other, with only one winning ticket to the West Indies scheduled for next year in 2022, with only the dates to be played yet to be announced, according to the World Cricket Association (ICC).

Rwanda will host Tanzania in the match at Gahanga International Stadium from 09:00 am on the 30th of this month, which will officially open, while Namibia will host Uganda in the match in Uganda. RP-IPRC Kigali.

The next day, on October 1, Rwanda is scheduled to play Nigeria in the RP-IPRC Kigali match, while Tanzania will host Namibia in the match at Gahanga International Stadium.

After these games, the teams will take one day off, on October 03 and return to the field to play the second day.

On the same day, Rwanda will host Uganda at Gahanga International Stadium, while Tanzania will play Nigeria in the match at RP-IPRC Kigali.

On October 04, Rwanda will play Namibia in the RP-IPRC Kigali match, while Uganda and Nigeria will play at Gahanga International Stadium.

The teams after the games will again take a day off, returning to the field on October 06.

The match will be concluded on the 6th of this month, and the winning team will be announced for the tournament.

At the end of the games, Rwanda will be relieved, as they will have finished their matches against Namibia.

Nigeria will end their match against Namibia in the match at Gahanga International Stadium, while Uganda will end Tanzania in the match against RP-IPRC Kigali.
