We are looking for a Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Cricket Australia for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People & Culture, in this role you will cultivate and drive CA’s people initiatives for your dedicated client groups and manage organisation wide people programs.

As a people focused team, we collaborate with CA Leaders and employees to create a High Performing Culture and to drive positive change.

You’ll be…

Responsible for implementing and driving operational and transformational HR strategies, initiatives and programs.

You’ll Do This By…

  • Partnering with department leaders and providing advice in relation to their strategic and future business needs, and linking these to people requirements, plans and change programs;
  • Using creative and innovative approaches to deliver People Projects throughout CA and Australian Cricket whilst working collaboratively with stakeholders;
  • Supporting organisational change initiatives and assist in building a structure and culture which delivers the current and future business strategy;
  • Providing sound advice and ensuring all people related matters are conducted to the highest standard;
  • Delivering activities in the P&C calendar including Annual Performance Review, Performance Management cycle, Talent Management & Succession Planning;
  • Working with Leaders to attract top talent through recruitment and creating a diverse and inclusive environment within CA;
  • Designing and delivering relevant People & Culture programs and training to support and upskill our people;
  • Assist in the design and implementation of organisational development (OD) initiatives around culture, engagement, leadership and the experiences of our people.

You’ll need…

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a partnering role within a complex environment.
  • Credibility and strong influencing capability.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in managing the planning, development and delivery of change and communication activities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
  • Ability to maintain up to date knowledge on the current trends, practices and changes within the HR discipline.
  • Resilience; and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving organisation.
  • Experience in delivering OD initiatives.
