Bio
Kishore Shallow, also known as Dr. Kishore Shallow is a cricket administrator from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, has been serving Cricket West Indies since 2017 when he was elected as a director at an annual meeting. He is currently the President of Cricket West Indies after being elected at the 24th Annual General Meeting of CWI, which was held on Saturday March 25, 2023 at the Coolidge Cricket Ground in Antigua replacing the outgoing President Ricky Skerritt
He served CWI as Vice-President from March 2019 to March 2023, sharing a ticket with the then President Richard “Ricky” Skerritt. He also served as President of Windward Islands Cricket Board of Control.
He has a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Specialization in Finance from Walden University in 2017, in addition to a master’s degree from University of Wales, Institute of Cardiff, and a bachelor’s degree from University of Sunderland.
