CWI update on Shamilia Connell

West Indies Women’s bowler Shamilia Connell, collapsed on the field during final stages of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup match against Bangladesh. Connell was taken to the hospital as a precaution and all her tests returned clear results. She was discharged the same evening. She is now resting comfortably, under the care and supervision of the CWI Medical Team. She is in good spirits and thankful for all the well wishes.

West Indies Women will take on Pakistan at Seddon Park on March 21 in a day/night encounter. First ball is at 2:00pm (March 20, 9:00pm Eastern Caribbean Time/ 8:00pm Jamaica Time).
