SAN MIGUEL HAS ANNOUNCED THAT THEIR 0,0 BEER WILL BE SERVED ON DRAUGHT AT SELECTED BARS AT LORD’S, FROM SUNDAY 19 JUNE, IN TIME FOR A SUMMER SEASON OF CRICKET.

First available for guests attending the Vitality Blast Middlesex v Kent match, San Miguel 0,0 launches in line with the 20th season of T20 cricket at the Home of Cricket.

With one in three consumers now actively moderating their alcohol consumption – Nielsen data reports that sales of low and no-alcohol drinks have jumped 30 percent since March 2022 – San Miguel will support the venue in enhancing the customer non-alcoholic experience at an important time for the category.

With 30 taps across one of the most famous sports grounds in the world, being available at Lord’s is a major moment for San Miguel 0,0 and marks the biggest draught distribution of San Miguel 0,0 in the UK.

“THE ADDITION OF A DRAUGHT NON-ALCOHOLIC LAGER TO OUR BARS WILL INCREASE THE TOP-CLASS MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE”

Dharmesh Rana, Director of Marketing, World Beer at Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company said: “2022 is a huge year for San Miguel 0,0 as the no-and low-alcohol continues to rise in popularity. Lord’s is a hugely exciting destination to be pouring 0,0 and creates the opportunity to offer sports fans great-tasting alcohol-free beers for occasions when alcohol isn’t preferred.”

Andy Muggleton, Assistant Secretary (Commercial) at MCC, said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Carlsberg Marston’s by serving San Miguel’s 0,0 at Lord’s.

“The addition of a draught non-alcoholic lager to our bars will increase the top-class matchday experience that everyone, including those who prefer not to drink alcohol, can enjoy at the Ground.”
