Tickets are now on sale for every Weber WBBL|08 and KFC BBL|12 match, with entry-level prices remaining unmoved from pre-pandemic rates at all ticketed venues.

The Renegades will host five BBL home matches at Marvel Stadium and two BBL home matches at GMHBA Stadium.

WBBL action will return to Victoria for the first time in three seasons – with the Renegades to play three matches at the CitiPower Centre, two at Ballarat’s Eastern Oval and one in Moe.

All tickets and specific pricing information can be accessed via cricket.com.au/big-bash.

Melbourne Renegades memberships are now on sale, with a ‘Double Up’ membership including access to two BBL matches and all WBBL matches just $15 for juniors and $55 for adults. Click here for full details.

The Weber WBBL|08 season begins on Thursday 13 October, while the KFC BBL|12 season begins on Tuesday 13 December.

New recruits Jon Wells and Tom Rogers will bolster the Renegades’ BBL side this season, with some elite international players set to join the club in next Sunday’s BBL|12 Draft.

Melbourne Renegades BBL Captain, Nic Maddinson, who is currently playing with Durham in England’s county competition, said:

“I’m already looking forward to this year’s Big Bash and optimistic about what we might be able to achieve as a team,” Maddinson said.

“I think people can expect to see a different Renegades outfit this summer.

“We’ve added a couple of experienced players in Jon Wells and Tom Rogers, who are proven Big Bash performers and will play important roles for us. I’m also looking forward to our younger guys continuing to develop after last year’s experiences and taking that next step, as well as bringing in some world-class international players in the overseas draft.

“One of the best things about the Big Bash is being able to connect with our fans. We haven’t been able to do that as much as we’d have liked the last couple of seasons, so I can’t wait for that opportunity at our Marvel Stadium and Geelong home games this summer.”

The Renegades have secured reigning WBBL Player of the Tournament, Harmanpreet Kaur, for the upcoming season and welcomed new recruits Tayla Vlaeminck and Sarah Coyte to the club.

Melbourne Renegades WBBL Captain, Sophie Molineux, who is currently playing in The Hundred with Birmingham Phoenix, said:

“It’s going to be massive to come home and play matches in Victoria this summer,” Molineux said.

“It’s been a long time since we have been able to play home games and we’ve really missed been able to play in front of our members, fans, family and friends.

“Some of our players have never experienced a true Renegades home game, so I’m excited for them to finally get that opportunity.

“I can’t wait to see plenty of red in the crowd at our Melbourne and Ballarat home games this season. We’ve always had great support at home and we’re pumped to be back.”
