Bio

Andrew McShea is Managing Director and Founder at the Play Sports Marketing, a leading sports consultancy firm created for the post COVID world in the business of sport. He is also the Co-Owner of Vermair Company, a clothing brand and voluntarily serves as a Board Member for the Usman Khawaja Foundation.

McShea previously held multiple administrative roles in the Australian cricket industry. He spent almost a decade between the Brisbane Heat and their parent governing body, Queensland Cricket in marketing and commercial roles. This culminated in serving as the Heat’s General Manager from 2015 to 2020. 

Previously, McShea held multiple marketing roles and worked for leading consumer and sporting brands including Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Guinness, Goodlife Health Clubs.

McShea has a Bachelor of Business with specialization in Marketing from Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
