Blair Crouch is the current General Manager of Melbourne Stars, a role he has held since May 2021 when he was initially appointed as interim General Manager before being confirmed in September 2021. Crouch is also an Advisory Board Member at Bear Journal, a Health, Wellness & Fitness organization that offers essential Daily Vitamins, Superpowders, and natural skincare products designed to fit seamlessly into a person’s beauty and grooming routine. He has been a member of the Bear Journal Board since March 2016.
Before joining the Stars, Crouch was the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships for the fitness app, Sweat, which provides workout programs to more than half a million monthly active users. Crouch has vast experience across the Australian sports, marketing, and commercial sectors. He previously managed large commercial, marketing, and strategy portfolios and brings a unique mix of experience from his time with leading brands, agencies, and rights holders. This includes the role of General Manager – Strategy and Marketing with MKTG, General Manager – Marketing and Commercial with the Moonee Valley Racing Club, and Head of Commercial Partnerships at the Australian Football League (AFL) for five years.
Crouch has also served in different capacities at Carlton & United Breweries, Fosters Group, and Holden Special Vehicles. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from La Trobe University.
