ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the High Performance Infrastructure Manager and based at the National Cricket Centre (NCC) in Brisbane. This is an exciting role within Cricket Australia (CA) as it is responsible for the day-to-day management of the NCC which is a best-in-class sports and training facility that is primarily used by our National Teams when they are back on home soil. The Office Services Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that the NCC is a safe, enjoyable, challenging environment to support the growth of cricket, including National & State Teams.

As the Office Services Coordinator you’ll enjoy a varied role which includes office administration for a professional sports facility, management of the facilities booking system & coordination of user groups, management of WHS onsite, onsite management of maintenance services contractors, Aquatic Centre water quality management, Visitor and Staff Inductions including Fire & Evacuation program and facility equipment orders.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This is a key, entry level role as the first touch point for all users of the NCC facilities so the ideal incumbent will need to be well presented and engaging to all users (internal employees and external stakeholders). You will need to be proactive and thinking one step ahead, strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise will be the key to success for this role. A strong focus on WHS will require previous experience and/or knowledge of WHS and you will need a keen eye for detail.

Knowledge of cricket and its intricacies is not an essential skill needed to apply for this position. This Brisbane based role requires an experienced, enthusiastic and visionary team member who is committed to providing a high level of service to the sport.
