    We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Brand and Marketing team.

    Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be accountable for delivering engagement, loyalty and increased value through customer and campaign insights that enable us to understand and serve our Cricket customers better and achieve business targets while driving value and innovation in how we deliver Cricket to the Australian public and fans of the game.

    About the role

    Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, to define and prioritise the data requirements needed to deliver the Marketing Strategies
  • Championing the customer and delivering an insight led ‘customer first’ approach
  • Actively seeking insights to better understand all customers of Cricket to leverage in communications, and to aid development of seamless Cricket experiences through all touch points of Cricket
  • Building deep relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Customer intelligence assists in identifying and providing ways to unlock new opportunities
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement – by going above and beyond expectations, challenging what we’ve always done and seek to find new and better ways to deliver customer first solutions
  • Fostering a culture of cross department collaboration – by sharing insights and encouraging collaborative discussions with internal CA departments

    Educating and inspiring our external partners and colleagues in Cricket through the work we deliver in Marketing


    Desired Skills and Experience

    About you, you’ll have:
  • Experience in Customer Data or Marketing Analytics related roles
  • Proficient in storytelling, taking the data and insights and developing actionable plans in a compelling and simplified way
  • Solid experience using campaign management systems such as Google Analytics, Microsoft PowerBI, Azure, Tableau and Google Data Studio;
  • Experience with basic SQL query construct & querying databases
  • Proficient in A/B testing for marketing campaigns
  • Ability to create and maintain business intelligence reporting using PowerBI
  • Experience with identifying ways to find and enrich data sets with rich data from digital sources as well as managing data quality and hygiene of owned databases
  • Familiarity and competency with development and delivery of end to end direct marketing campaigns
