CSA: Border & Iinyathi Cricket renew apparel sponsor

Cricket South Africa (CSA) governs cricket in South Africa. Formed in 2002, it succeeded the United Cricket Board of South Africa (UCB) and became the sole governing body in 2008. CSA oversees all levels of cricket, including national teams for men and women, and is a full ICC member and SASCOC affiliate.

Border Cricket has confirmed that it has concluded a partnership with FAIN Sports Apparel to become the official Apparel sponsor to Border Cricket. 

FAIN, a proudly Eastern Cape brand aims to enhance its brand image and broaden the footprint in the local Eastern Cape and South African market through its partnership with Border Cricket.  The Eastern Cape Iinyathi Men and other Border teams will be sporting the new FAIN apparel on and off the field for practices, matches and travel during a three-year deal. 

Corrie Van Zyl, Acting Chief Executive Officer for Border Cricket said: “We are proud to have a brand like FAIN as an associate partner. With their well-established quality brand, range of designs and impeccable service, this partnership is indicative of the quality of partners that Border Cricket is choosing to pave a new and exciting way forward”. 

Shadley Ajam, Marketing and Sales Director of FAIN said: “We are proud to be associated with the Eastern Cape Iinyathi team and the Border Cricket family. We believe that our products will tie in well with the top-quality performances of the Eastern Cape Iinyathi team.”

The Eastern Cape Iinyathi team will don their new branded clothing for the 2022/23 season.
