The Emirates Cricket Board is the governing body for cricket in the United Arab Emirates. An Associate Member of the International Cricket Council since 1990, it represents the UAE at the ICC and is also a member of the Asian Cricket Council.

Emirates Cricket Board confirm that Chirag Suri, UAE Vice Captain, and Aryan Lakra have returned Positive CoVid19 tests. Both players are currently in isolation, are being monitored and are in good health.

All areas were immediately and thoroughly sanitized as per existing protocols with no further positive tests returned. 

The first ODI of Sky247.net Abu Dhabi ODI series between UAE v Ireland will be played today, Friday January 8th 09:30 (UAE time), as planned.
