Clevedon is a thriving and progressive cricket club that’s at the heart of the local community in North Somerset. The ECB Club Mark & Focus club runs four Saturday Senior teams alongside a flourishing Ladies team and a vibrant Junior section. The First XI won their second WEPL title during the 2021 season, having secured their first in 2018. The First XI also competes in the ECB Club Championship and ECB National T20, while the Second XI are in Bristol & District Division One.

Based at the picturesque Dial Hill and with a membership of more than 500, Clevedon CC is one of the region’s leading cricket clubs.

Taking a ‘whole club’ approach, the Player/Coach will deliver and manage high-quality coaching sessions across all sections of the club including all age groups and genders. This can also drive extra revenue opportunities for the applicant with 1-2-1 coaching available with our impressive three lane net facility.

The applicant will work closely with our Director of Cricket and will develop a coaching structure and, with other coaches, progress standards and implementation of coaching plans across the entire club. Along with cricket committee, the club coach will ultimately be responsible for creating a coaching ethos across the club playing structure. A coaching formula that every child through to adulthood can buy into and progress into their cricketing lives long into the future.

On the playing front, they will have an outstanding record in Premier Division cricket and with the hunger and desire to help Clevedon CC defend and add to not only its WEPL Premier Division titles, but other silverware along the way.
