The destructive pair of Karim Janat and Imran Janat won the 15th Match of Etisalat 4G Shpageeza Cricket League for Bost Defenders beating a below-par Ahmadzai Amo Sharks by 10 wickets at Kabul Cricket Stadium.

The Defenders chased down the target in the 12th over to almost cement their play-off place as both openers were in terrific touch. The brothers scored half-centuries to chase a lower target of 125 in just 11.3 overs to boost the play-offs chances of their team.

Earlier, the Defenders won the toss and opted to field first looking to cement their place in the play-offs. The bowlers provided early breakthroughs for Defenders as the Ayobi Kabul Eagles struggled to take pace in their innings.

Darwish Rasooli was the notable performer with the bat with the fastest half-century of this season hitting 7 sixes while Haji Murad and Qasim Oryakheil scored 26 and 29 runs respectively.
