Here’s the deal…

We’re looking for a driven League Content Coordinator to join our Big Bash Leagues team. Reporting to the League Operations & Event Director, you’ll be responsible for coordinating & trafficking the match day digital, in-stadium assets (LED, parapet, sightscreens, TVCs etc).

About The Role

The League Content Coordinator plays an important role coordinating the League’s match day, in-stadium digital asset requirements, as well as supporting our 8 Clubs to deliver a best-in-class sports entertainment experience for fans. This role will be key liaison between the League, key suppliers such as Kojo & MKTG, and Clubs.

Key deliverables for this role will include, coordinating the W/BBL National Signage Program content requirements. This will see you liaising with Clubs, commercial partners, and agencies to to set and manage content deadlines with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for trafficking the in-stadium digital assets, and coordinating match day run downs, including for the relevant Finals Series. Administration of projects will also be a focus including coordinating and tracking costs associated with National Signage Program and providing details of event activities in the at-match Getty brief.

About You

Our ideal candidate will bring experience from a similar role, or via a broadcast or agency environment, where you’ve trafficked large volumes of digital content.

You are someone who understands technical specifications of in-stadium assets including across LEDs, parapet, vision screens and playback systems. You are familiar with XPression and how motion graphics operate.

Our ideal candidate prides themselves on attention to detail, overseeing in excess of 10,000 files of content across the summer, across 30 stadiums.

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on building outstanding stakeholder relationships and enjoys solving operational issues in a fast pace, live entertainment environment.
