RE: Nominations for Cricket Hong Kong Board of Directors for 2023 – 2024
In accordance with Article 11.5 of the Articles of Association of Cricket Hong Kong Limited the Chairman and Board of Cricket Hong Kong hereby invite interested persons to put their names forward for the following positions on the Board. Description of the role and duties of each of the positions are attached for attention:
All nominations should be tendered in writing by 05 April 2023 and sent to CHK to either one of the following addresses. The nomination must state the office that person will hold.

Each candidate may submit to the Board an election address of not more than 350 words.
A Nominations Committee has been formed to decide on the candidates to be put forward to be considered as the Director in each of the aforementioned positions. The final list of candidates will be made available to the Members at least 7 days before the adjourned AGM fixed for 31 May 2023.
