National coach Shane Deitz has announced his selections of the teams that will play three T20Is against Ireland and Jersey, and three T10s against Jersey. All matches will be streamed live by European Cricket Network.

Deitz: “After our great series against Thailand and Scotland, we have created momentum to play against Ireland next week. Ireland, who are tenth in the world rankings and have just competed in a World Cup, is a top team and a great challenge for us, but we are very well prepared to take on them.”

“We have a few new faces from last year’s U19 squad who have trained hard and will give us new energy and enthusiasm. We are also creating some quality depth in our squad going forward, which is essential for creating a world-class team. We will then take on Jersey, a young talented team that we have not seen before, but who will provide us with excellent preparation for our World Cup qualifiers in Spain in September.”
