· Clubs – 98 affiliated Clubs, 54 Junior sections, 2400 participants in National Programmes

· County Pathway U11-U18 (380 Boys & Girls) and Men’s, Women’s and Disability County representative teams

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Milton Keynes Cricket City Manager at Bucks Cricket CIO. The Milton Keynes Cricket City Manager will aim to develop Milton Keynes into a Cricket City: Enabling people of all backgrounds to enjoy participating in cricket and connecting communities to benefit the health and happiness of people in MK.

Person Specification

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with many internal and external partners and engage diverse audiences into playing cricket
  • Solutions focused – ability to adapt to change and face new challenges as they arrive
  • Well organised individual who recognises the importance of structure and planning
  • High standards of personal integrity and understands the importance of Safeguarding and data protection
  • Able to work some weekends and weeknights (with time in lieu taken)
  • Has or is willing to gain an ECB coaching qualification [coaching is not a primary element of the role but being able to deliver activity will be necessary]
