Canada Super60, Canada’s premier T10 cricket league, has partnered with Sportsnection, a leading cricket trading card company, to create a limited-edition, full set of trading cards for the 2026 Super60 season.
The Sportsnection-produced trading card set will feature each cricketer on the nine (9) teams in the Canada Super60 league, including six (6) men’s teams and three (3) women’s teams.
The Super60 trading card set will feature many great opportunities for collectors, including:
- Autographed cards
- Relic cards, featuring a game-used item/jersey from the 2026 season
- Limited edition numbered cards
The Sportsnection-created trading cards will be available after the season and sold on the Super60.com and Sportnection.com websites, as well as through local trading card dealers. There will be six (6) cards in each pack, and a box includes six (6) packs for a total of thirty-six (36) randomized cards per box. Each box purchased will be guaranteed to have either 1x autograph or relic card included.
On-Site Activation: In addition, Super60 and Sportsnection will host a trading card autograph booth on-site at BC Place in Vancouver during the six (6) days of the event, September 29 – October 4, 2026. Attendees will be able to get limited-edition Super60/Sportsnection autographed cards personally signed by some of the top cricketers playing in the Super60 tournament. Athletes and times will be announced in-stadium daily.
Canada Super60 initiated this partnership as a new way to engage fans beyond the 6-day tournament. “We are truly excited about this partnership with Sportsnection. As an avid sports card collector myself, I know that the sport of cricket is way under-represented in the trading card market, and we wanted to find new ways for our fans to interact with the Super60 brand of cricket,” said Abhishek Shad, Founder of Canada Super60.
“With our mission of creating the connection between athletes and their fandom, creating this set of trading cards for Canada Super60 helps us achieve that goal by bringing fans that much closer to their favorite players,” said Omar Khokhar, Founder of Sportsnection.
“Sports leagues around the world have benefited through the development of a passionate trading card collector ecosystem. We want to help build the same thing for fans of cricket, the second most popular sport in the world”, stated Edward Gold, CEO, Sportsnection.
“This Super60 league trading card set will be created with both the younger cricket fan in mind, as well as the collector. We want to leverage the excitement of this sport with cricket leagues, teams and fans around the world,” stated Dr. Khokhar.
