Duties:
1. Promote cricket to local schools and universities through demonstrations and talks;
2. Assist interested schools to form school teams;
3. Form and manage a local school cricket league;
4. Identify opportunities and promote cricket to the general community;
5. Undertake administrative and clerical duties connected with the Association’s development and coaching projects;
6. Coordinate an liaise with other organisations (e.g. LCSD, HKSI, SF&OC, Schools, etc.);
7. Coordinate and drive the planning and implementations of cricket development projects/ad hoc cricket programme (e.g. Community Sports Club Programme, Cricket Fun Day, Workshop, Coaching Course, Coaching Award Night, etc.) ;
8. Coordinate the ACC Courses for HK players, coaches and umpires;
9. Manage and maintain the stock of office and cricket equipment and souvenir at the HKCA storage/warehouse;
10. Provide administrative support to the Association’s accounting system;
11. Assist to organize HKCA AGM and Annual Awards Dinner;
12. Responsible for purchasing office equipment;
13. Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year related work experience in promotion management / marketing promotion
2. Good commutation skills and management skills
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
