Cricket Australia Director Sarah Adam-Gedge will step down from the CA Board at the Annual General Meeting next month.
Adam-Gedge, an independent CA Director for the past three years, has decided to leave the Board to manage her commitments across her board portfolio.
As the first female Chair of CA’s Audit and Risk Committee, Adam-Gedge has made a significant contribution to the Board, particularly through her expertise in digital and technology.
Mike Baird, CA Chair, said:
“Sarah Adam-Gedge has been an outstanding Director, bringing significant expertise in technology and strong leadership as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
“On behalf of Cricket Australia, I thank Sarah for her dedicated service and the valuable contribution she has made around the Board table and to the game.”
