The countdown began with the unveiling of a 100-day clock in Perth’s Yagan Square, while Ashes hero Scott Boland thrilled fans during a pop-up cricket demo in Melbourne’s Queensbridge Square.

Interest in the 2025–26 Ashes series has already reached fever pitch. According to Cricket Australia, ticket allocations are sold out for days one to three of the Brisbane, Adelaide, and Sydney Tests, as well as day one in Perth and Melbourne.

“The interest in the NRMA Insurance Ashes is already off the charts with 100 days to go,” said Cricket Australia CEO Todd Greenberg. “This will be the biggest sports event in Australia this year, and the excitement will only grow as the first ball in Perth draws nearer.”
