The High-Performance HUB is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Gymnasium Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about fitness and athlete development, with hands-on experience in training and gym operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment.
- Provide guidance and support to athletes and members on training programs and proper use of equipment.
- Monitor gym activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best training practices.
- Conduct basic fitness assessments and assist in developing strength and conditioning programs.
- Maintain and inspect gym equipment, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating gym usage for athletes and teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all gym users.
Requirements: - Proven experience in training and fitness coaching.
- Background in operating a gymnasium, including equipment maintenance and facility management.
- Relevant certification in fitness, personal training, or sports science is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
