Leicestershire County Cricket Club has announced Emma White as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1st September 2025, ushering in a new era of leadership for the East Midlands club.
White succeeds Sean Jarvis, who will remain with the club in a consultancy and advisory role following a successful tenure in which he delivered a five-year strategic plan positioning Leicestershire for long-term growth on and off the field.
Emma White brings cross-sport leadership experience
White brings a strong sports industry pedigree, having previously served as Managing Director of Doncaster Knights (rugby) and held senior leadership roles in horse racing, including the management of Limerick and Sedgefield Racecourses.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal time, with growing investment in the domestic game, particularly via The Hundred. Leicestershire believes White’s leadership will help the club capitalize on this momentum and drive the next phase of growth.
