Gloucestershire Cricket is delighted to announce the appointment of Natasha McKenzie as a new Co-opted Member of the Executive Board, strengthening the Club’s leadership as it pursues its ambition to become a leading Top 8 county.
Natasha joins at an important point in Gloucestershire’s development, as the Club looks to build on its position across the region, accelerate growth and strengthen its connection with Bristol.
With more than 20 years’ experience spanning brand, commercial growth, audience insight and regional partnerships, Natasha will bring valuable strategic perspective to the Board. Her extensive relationships across Bristol and the South West will also help the Club strengthen its connections across the city and identify new opportunities as it looks to broaden its reach and support its long-term growth ambitions.
Natasha is CEO and co-founder of Talisman Sparro, a Bristol-based strategic brand and growth consultancy that works with ambitious businesses and organisations at important points of change.
A committed champion of Bristol and the South West, Natasha has supported founders and businesses across the region throughout her career. She previously led the Marketing in Residence programme for SETsquared and has worked with the University of Bristol’s incubator and the Quantum Technology Enterprise Centre.

Natasha will attend her first Gloucestershire Cricket Board meeting on Wednesday 23 September.
