The Hundred Auction will take place on March 11 and 12.
The Auction will happen in three phases:
HERO PLAYERS
NOMINATED PLAYERS
RANKED PLAYERS
HERO PLAYERS
Before the auction, teams will nominate up to 100 players they are most interested in signing. From that list, the top 50 most nominated players will be selected to appear in the first phase and be grouped into sets by role. Teams will then bid on each Hero Player. The highest bidder will sign that player.
NOMINATED PLAYERS
In the next phase, each team can nominate a further 25 players. They can be anyone from the auction longlist, including the players who missed out in the first stage. The players will be ranked in order of nominations. Teams will then bid on each player. The highest bidder claims that player for their squad.
RANKED PLAYERS
The final phase is Ranked Players. Teams will nominate an unsigned player one by one. The nomination order will be determined by a random draw. If any other teams want to sign the player, the bidding will start. If there are no other bids, the team who has nominated the player will sign them.
