The International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Sports Presentation Management Services for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, which will be hosted across England and Wales in June 2026.
For the first time, the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup will feature 12 teams competing in a round-robin format, followed by two semi-finals and a final. The tournament will comprise a total of 33 matches across seven venues, offering a major platform for audience engagement and in-stadium entertainment.
ICC seeks expert partner for world-class fan experience
The ICC is looking for a partner to design and deliver a creative, innovative, and integrated sports presentation programme that enhances the event experience for fans across all touchpoints. This includes:
- In-stadium ceremonies and entertainment
- Music programming and DJ management
- Big screen content, graphics, and integration
- Fan activations and audience engagement
- Optional: Opening and closing entertainment programming
The delivery must be tailored to suit local audience expectations in each host city. Proposals must demonstrate a strong understanding of these audience profiles.
Procurement process and submission deadline
The ITT process will be conducted in two phases:
- Technical Bid: Interested agencies must submit their technical proposals by Friday, 3 October 2025 via email to [email protected].
- Financial Bid: Shortlisted agencies from the first stage will be invited to submit financial proposals in the second stage of the process.
Only financially sound agencies with proven experience delivering high-quality sports presentation services for global sporting events will be considered. The ICC is particularly interested in agencies that can offer innovative, audience-first solutions backed by a track record of excellence.
