Marriott Bonvoy named Official Accommodation Partner for ICC events

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced a multi-year global partnership with Marriott Bonvoy, naming the award-winning travel platform its Official Accommodation Partner through 2029. The partnership was officially launched today in Mumbai and is set to elevate the fan experience at ICC events worldwide.

Fans attending ICC events will now be able to access premium hotel options across Marriott Bonvoy’s global portfolio, both independently and through official travel packages offered by ICC Travel and Tours. The collaboration begins with the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka.

New addition to ICC’s growing commercial portfolio

The Marriott Bonvoy announcement comes just weeks after the ICC unveiled partnerships with Hyundai Motor and AB InBev, strengthening an already impressive lineup of global sponsors, including Emirates, Aramco, DP World, Sobha, Coca-Cola, Google, and Unilever.

This new tie-up underscores the growing commercial appeal of ICC events and the increasing value for brands seeking to connect with a global cricket fan base.

Enhancing cricket and travel experiences

With over 450 properties in ICC event markets, Marriott Bonvoy will serve not only fans but also teams, officials, and stakeholders. The collaboration includes:

  • Accommodation offerings for all ICC men’s events
  • Exclusive fan experiences via ICC Travel and Tours
  • Cricket-themed local activations and content creation
  • Engagement opportunities with Marriott Bonvoy’s 260 million members
