The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have agreed to reschedule India’s white-ball tour of Bangladesh, originally set for August 2025, to September 2026.
The tour, comprising three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), was deferred following mutual discussions between the two boards. The decision was made to accommodate international scheduling priorities and logistical considerations for both sides.
“This decision has been reached following discussions between the two Boards, taking into account the international cricketing commitments and scheduling convenience of both teams,” the BCB said in a statement.
Revised fixtures to be announced later
While the exact dates and venues are yet to be finalized, the BCB confirmed that the tour will now take place in September 2026.
“The BCB looks forward to welcoming India in September 2026 for this eagerly anticipated series. Revised dates and fixtures for the tour will be announced in due course,” the statement concluded.
