Islamabad United is a Pakistani Twenty20 cricket team competing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Based in Islamabad, the team was established in 2015 for the league's inaugural season. It is owned by Leonine Global Investments through Leonine Global Sports, run by Amna Naqvi and Ali Naqvi.

After successfully launching the world’s first cricketing metaverse, Islamabad United, PSL’s most outstanding franchise has brought the world’s first virtual, built-to-scale, U-Meta Stadium to Android. The fun-filled app is now officially available on Google Playstore.

Through the App, fans will have easy access directly from their phones, to the U-Meta Stadium which will enable them to get even closer to the team through a quicker passage leading to a series of interactive experiences and thrilling challenges. Participants will get opportunities to earn and/or win ISLU digital collectibles and wearables, watch pre and post match highlights on the jumbotrons and enjoy various live events with friends and fans.

Fans will be able to rejoice as downloading the App will guarantee them a free Sheru Army digital collectible to mark the Android launch. They will also be able to take selfies and interact with their favourite ISLU players in the stadium circle or the fan conference room.

As Islamabad United leaps into the playoffs of the current eighth season of the PSL through a trail of scintillating matches, Ali Naqvi, the owner of the most successful PSL ensemble is excited to launch the Android App that he believes will facilitate Islamabad United fans and followers with an easier approach to reach the U-Meta Stadium for fun and games, aligning in real time with the pulse of the exciting ongoing cricket tournament being held across Pakistan.
