London Spirit has appointed Donna-Maria Cullen, a former board member of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, as a Non-Executive Director, strengthening the franchise’s leadership as it continues to grow within The Hundred competition.
Cullen brings decades of experience in elite sport and business, having played a central role in Tottenham Hotspur’s transformation into a globally recognised club. During her tenure, she oversaw strategic development, major commercial partnerships, and community engagement, as well as helping lead the club’s transition to the state-of-the-art Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Leadership addition at a pivotal moment for London Spirit
Cullen joins the London Spirit board at a time of growth and ambition as the franchise continues to solidify its position at the forefront of The Hundred. Her appointment adds valuable experience to a board already featuring high-profile figures from the sports and technology sectors.
She will join existing board members including Julian Metherell (Chair of London Spirit), Rob Lawson (Chief Executive & Secretary of MCC), Eoin Morgan (Chair of MCC Cricket Committee), and “Tech Titans” Nikesh Arora (CEO, Palo Alto Networks), Egon Durban (Co-CEO, Silver Lake), and Satyan Gajwani (Chairman, Times Internet and Co-Founder of Major League Cricket).
