Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has confirmed the international fixtures at Lord’s for the 2026 summer, headlined by three Test matches and the final of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
For the first time in history, Lord’s will host a women’s Test match, as England Women face India in July. This historic moment comes 50 years after the first women’s ODI at the Ground. In total, Lord’s will stage:
Two England Men’s Test matches – vs New Zealand and Pakistan
One England Women’s Test match – vs India
Three ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 matches, including the final
One England Men’s ODI – vs India
Lord’s to host Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 Final
England will host West Indies at Lord’s during the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup on Wednesday 24 June, followed by a double-header on Sunday 28 June featuring:
South Africa vs Qualifier
Australia vs India
The T20 World Cup Final is scheduled for Sunday 5 July. England Women will aim to maintain their perfect World Cup final record at the venue, having previously won all finals at Lord’s.
Historic women’s Test at the Home of Cricket
On Friday 10 July, Nat Sciver-Brunt will lead England Women against India in a Rothesay Test, marking a significant milestone in the growth of women’s cricket in England.
MCC Chief Executive Rob Lawson said, “To host a women’s Test at Lord’s is a huge honour. With attendances on the rise and over 19,000 tickets sold for our recent women’s ODI, it’s only fitting we now host a Test.”
Two England Men’s Tests and ODI against India
Ben Stokes’ Test side will open their summer with a Rothesay Test against New Zealand from Thursday 4 to Monday 8 June, followed by a marquee Test against Pakistan from Thursday 27 to Monday 31 August.
In white-ball action, England Men will face India in a Metro Bank ODI on Sunday 19 July.
