Dallas, Texas — The National Cricket League (NCL) has officially announced its 2025 season, a 10-day showcase from October 3–13 at the University of Texas at Dallas. The season will feature six franchises, legendary international players, elite coaches, and America’s rising cricket talent — all designed to accelerate the sport’s growth ahead of the LA28 Olympic Games.

Sachin, Lara, Muralitharan headline opening ceremony
Cricket icons Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, and Muttiah Muralitharan will headline the NCL opening ceremony — an unprecedented moment for U.S. cricket. The event will stream globally, with U.S. broadcast coverage on WFAA / ABC, delivering the tournament to a potential audience of 2.5 billion cricket fans worldwide.

- Venkatesh Prasad – Houston Generals: Former India pacer and national coach, known for seam-bowling systems and clarity under pressure.
