Oman Cricket extends Skechers partnership for ICC T20 World Cup Qualifiers 2025

Oman Cricket (OC) has announced the extension of its global brand partnership with Skechers, which will continue as the Official Team Partner for the ICC T20 World Cup Asia EAP Qualifiers 2025, scheduled to take place in Muscat this October.

The renewed collaboration — facilitated by ITW Consulting — follows Skechers’ successful association with Oman during the Asia Cup 2025, and will once again see the Skechers logo featured on the back of the national team’s jersey during the high-stakes qualifiers.

Partnership signals growing brand momentum for Oman Cricket

Alkesh Joshi, Treasurer of Oman Cricket, welcomed the extension of the partnership:

“We are delighted to extend our partnership with Skechers beyond the Asia Cup and into the ICC T20 World Cup Asia EAP Qualifiers. Their support comes at a crucial time as our team strives to secure a place in the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. This partnership reinforces Oman Cricket’s position as a high-performing nation and our commitment to building a stronger future for the game in Oman.”

Skechers continues strategic investment in cricket

A spokesperson from Skechers Middle East highlighted the alignment of values between the brand and the Oman national team:

“Skechers is proud to continue its association with the Oman cricket team. This collaboration reflects our shared values of performance, comfort, and resilience. As cricket unites nations on the international stage, we are honoured to stand alongside Oman once again and support their pursuit of excellence.”

Asia Cup 2025 campaign builds momentum for home qualifiers

Earlier this year, Oman’s national team delivered spirited performances against regional powerhouses India and Pakistan during the Asia Cup 2025. The campaign showcased the team’s rapid progress and raised its global cricketing profile — setting the stage for a strong showing in the upcoming qualifiers.

With the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 in sight, Oman’s hosting of the Asia EAP Qualifiers represents a pivotal moment. Backed by a performance-focused partner like Skechers, Oman is positioning itself as a rising force in associate cricket.

Building a performance-driven cricket ecosystem

The extension of the Skechers partnership underscores Oman Cricket’s ambition to elevate its global footprint while aligning with globally respected brands that share its values of resilience, ambition, and high performance.

The players will proudly wear the Skechers logo as they take on key regional rivals in Muscat — with qualification for a world tournament and national pride on the line.
