Pakistan Cricket Board is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on development of cricket. The incumbent will work in conjunction with Heads of Academies and Coaches to ensure an ample and continuing supply of cricket players for the National Team.
ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD
Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation or international equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of Administrative/Coaching experience
- Test / International Cricketers would be preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior executive leadership role managing an elite high performance sport program
- Experience of developing strategic framework that supports the development of world class athletes
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize and implement projects for development of High-Performance Centers/Academies workforce and player pathways, as approved by the Board.
- Prepare and monitor implementation of annual budget for game development and High-Performance Centers/Academies
- Monitor expenditures and budget for High Performance Centers
- Oversee the quality of coaching and training camps held at the High-Performance Centers/Academies for the National, A, U- 19, U16 teams
- Secure participation and arrange lectures by cricketing stars on topics of interest to the National team and upcoming cricketers.
- Supervise maintenance and upgradation of full-fledge libraries and cricket archives
- Arrange coach education programs
- Promote induction and development of teams of qualified coaches, physios, doctors and trainers

- Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities.
- Highly competent in planning team / individual skills enhancement strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills.
