The forthcoming Pakistan v Australia ODI series in Pakistan will be live-streamed on “PCB Live”, the PCB announced today. The three-match ODI series will be played in Rawalpindi and Lahore from 30 May to 4 June.
“PCB Live” will be the only platform where fans across the country can watch the live-streaming of the series. Fans can witness all the live action free of charge.
The first ODI will be played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on 30 May, while the second and third ODIs will be staged at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on 2 and 4 June, respectively. Fans can witness ball-by-ball action for free on their mobile phones and other smart devices by downloading the application from the App Store for iPhone users and Google Play Store for Android users. They can also register by visiting https://live.pcb.com.pk/ for the upcoming series.
PCB OTT, which was launched in October last year ahead of the two-match home Test series against South Africa was previously available only to fans in the UK. Fans in the UK not only witnessed the Pakistan v South Africa Test series, but also watched the Pakistan v Sri Lanka ODI series and the T20I tri-series involving Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and hosts Pakistan.
UK fans also witnessed Pakistan Shaheens v England Lions series, which was held in the UAE recently.
The forthcoming series will be the first Pakistan men’s series available to fans on “PCB Live” in Pakistan and the second overall. The first home series on the OTT platform was the recently concluded T20I series between Pakistan women and Zimbabwe women held in Karachi.
