JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Athlete Scouting Manager to identify, evaluate, and recruit talented athletes for our organization. This role combines analytical assessment, relationship building, and strategic planning.
• Scout and evaluate athletes across various levels and sports.
• Utilize data analytics to assess athletic potential.
• Prepare detailed reports, strategies and metrics to identify talent
• Build relationships with coaches, trainers, and sports organizations.
• Attend competitions and events to connect with potential recruits.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to align recruitment strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Support athlete development and integration into higher-level competition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, or related field. • Experience in athlete scouting or sports management.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess talent in competitive environments.
• Proficient in scouting software and performance analysis tools.
