Eligible leagues and clubs must submit official voting representatives by September 17
USA Cricket has announced the opening of the nomination process for designated voting representatives in advance of the upcoming League Director and Club Director elections.
All eligible leagues and clubs are required to appoint one individual who will serve as their official voter for the elections. These representatives will be responsible for casting ballots that determine key positions in USA Cricket’s governance structure.
📌 Nomination Deadline
- Deadline: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT
- Eastern Time Equivalent: Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 2:59 AM ET
Failure to meet the deadline may result in disqualification from the voting process.
📋 Constitutional Requirements
To ensure compliance with the USA Cricket Constitution, both League and Club Members must meet the following criteria when nominating a voting representative:
- League Members: Must appoint a representative who is an Individual Member of USA Cricket and a member of the league at the time of nomination (Section 7.5(E)(iii)).
- Club Members: Must appoint a representative who is an Individual Member of USA Cricket and a member of the club at the time of nomination (Section 7.5(D)(iii)).
