Bio

Justin Geale has been the Vice-President of Cricket at Major League Cricket since May 2020.

Geale has performed a number of roles over the course of his multi-decade career.

Geale has been deployed in high-profile organizations including IMG, where he represented the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).

Geale started off his sports administration career as a Kitman a the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) from May 2010 to October 2010 before returning to work in the Accommodation, Travel & Logistics department for the ICC Champions Trophy 2013.

Apart from cricket, Geale has been a Project Lead for Football League Capital One Cup Final and worked at Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan as a Broadcast Venue Manager for IMG Media.

Geale started out as an account manager at Publicitas, where he worked for almost 2 years, and then at IDG Communications, where he operated for over a year.

Geale has a Marketing Assistant Diploma from Williams Business College.
