As Business Operations Director, she oversees budgets, audits, reconciliations, and reporting while supporting the logistics and operations that make the league’s multi-country tournaments possible – and by all accounts, so much more. “A lot of planning, communication, and constant follow-up goes into making sure everything comes together,” she says, emphasizing the careful coordination required behind the scenes.
Her influence extends far beyond numbers. Ravina has helped guide the expansion of CPL into women’s cricket, helping launch the Women’s CPL (WCPL) and giving female athletes a platform comparable to their male counterparts. “We are the platform, and we’re hoping that just as we’ve done with men’s cricket in the Caribbean, we can have similar development with women’s cricket and that worldwide recognition,” she notes. The 2026 season sees the addition of a fourth women’s franchise and matches across eight markets, marking a new phase in the league’s growth and visibility.
Ravina credits the leadership of CPL CEO Pete Russell for creating a merit-based environment where women can thrive. “Since I started CPL, I never felt like it’s a place where I need to prove I can be on equal footing with the guys,” she shares, highlighting a culture where talent and dedication are recognized regardless of gender.
