Rupa Gurunath is a business executive and former cricket administrator operating at the intersection of corporate governance and professional sport in India. She serves as a whole-time director of India Cements Limited, the company behind Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited, which owns and operates the five-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings. In 2019, Gurunath became the first woman elected president of the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA), succeeding her father, N. Srinivasan.
