Lahore, 2 July 2025: The Pakistan Super League (PSL) marked a major milestone with a high-level stakeholder workshop held at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore. Led by PSL CEO Salman Naseer, the gathering included representatives from franchises, title sponsor HBL, media rights holders, and commercial partners.
The PSL management shared data and analytics showcasing a decade of progress, with particular focus on the exponential growth between the league’s ninth and tenth editions. HBL PSL X, played across Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi from 11 April to 25 May, featured 34 matches and culminated in a thrilling final at a packed Gaddafi Stadium, where Lahore Qalandars defeated Quetta Gladiators to win their third title in four years.
PSL a symbol of resilience and unity, says PCB Chairman
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi praised the PSL’s evolution:
“The Pakistan Super League has not only grown into a premier cricketing brand but also a symbol of resilience, hope and unity. From bringing international stars to our grounds to delivering unforgettable cricketing moments, PSL truly belongs to our people.”

He cited widespread urban and rural engagement and thanked partners for their role in PSL’s success. “With 22 million social media followers and 33% female viewership, PSL is a movement uniting fans worldwide,” he added.
