ACE responds to USA Cricket’s September 18 statement
Associate Cricket Enterprises (ACE) has issued a formal response to USA Cricket following its September 18 statement, alleging that it contains “multiple false and misleading claims” related to the termination of their commercial agreement and the ongoing legal proceedings.
According to ACE, the court has ordered an expedited hearing on its motion for a preliminary injunction during the week of September 29, 2025. The court reportedly acknowledged that ACE’s motion “identifies time-sensitive matters appropriate for prompt judicial resolution.”
ACE confident in legal standing amid dispute with USA Cricket
ACE reiterated its full confidence in its legal position, stating that it “will continue to vigorously defend its rights.” The dispute stems from USA Cricket’s termination of the organizations’ commercial agreement, which ACE argues was done improperly and without legal basis.
This development marks the latest chapter in the ongoing tension between the two entities, which have collaborated on the promotion and development of professional cricket in the United States, including the launch of Major League Cricket (MLC).
