Aim:
1. Ensure efficiencies in the key areas of facilities, including maintenance, management, development, allocation, utilisation, booking, etc.
2. Assist to Ensure operational plans to support CHK’s overall growth objectives and strategies

Management and Development:
Broader Views
1. Work as a team to assist ground maintenance, management, development and economic viability of all CHK facility assets, such as PKVR Reservoir, GDB.
2. Assist contacting all other facilities provided by external parties (including government departments, private clubs, schools and other sporting associations) of any possible use by cricket and assist arrangements to secure facilities for the effective operations of all cricket activities that run by CHK.
3. Assist CHK to secure appropriate facilities to deliver its strategic and action plans including development and management of a facilities budget and economic operating model.
Focus Views:
1. Manage the daily operations, staff of all grounds, maintenance, improvement works and venue management.
2. Assist to provide/identify engineering supports on planning, construction, coordination, management and maintenance on existing facilities.
3. Assist contract management, including the review of work programme, cost estimation, cash flow and final account throughout the maintenance and improvement works projects.
4. Carry out facilities inspection regularly for monitoring on statutory compliance.
5. Responsible for appropriate stocks of materials or tools as required.
6. Attend emergency calls, shift duty and during adverse weather as required.
7. Conduct risk assessment and prepare action plans to rectify safety and noncompliance risks on a timely basis.
8. Assist to maintaining and filing the documents including the engineering drawings and contract documents of related works and projects.
9. Assist Facilities Team to establish continuous improvement plan for the workflow of daily operation.
10. Provide supports on the events and all related preparation works, including local and international events.
11. Perform special duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year related work experience
2. Good commutation skills and management skills
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
