Injuries hit India ahead of 4th Test vs England as Nitish Reddy, Arshdeep Singh ruled out

Manchester, England – Team India has announced key squad changes ahead of the fourth Test of the India tour of England 2025, set to begin on July 23 at Old Trafford in Manchester. Nitish Kumar Reddy and Arshdeep Singh have both been ruled out due to injuries, while Anshul Kamboj has been added to the squad.

Nitish Kumar Reddy ruled out of series

All-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy has been ruled out of the remaining two Tests of the series due to a left knee injury. He will return home for further recovery. The team has extended its best wishes for his speedy return to fitness.

Arshdeep Singh out of fourth Test

Arshdeep Singh will miss the fourth Test after suffering an impact injury to his left thumb during a net session in Beckenham. The BCCI Medical Team is closely monitoring his recovery and will provide further updates if necessary.

Anshul Kamboj added to India’s squad

In response to the injuries, the Men’s Selection Committee has added Anshul Kamboj to the squad. Kamboj has already joined the team in Manchester ahead of the Test.
