- Provide administration and operational support to all General Managers as required.

- Arrange and coordinate complex domestic/international travel and itineraries in collaboration with Operations Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements; file necessary documents and returns with relevant bodies.
- Organise Board, Committee, AGM, and shareholder meetings: prepare agendas, papers, and logistics; record accurate minutes; track actions.
- Deliver special projects as assigned by the CEO and identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen governance, or improve culture.
- Support risk management processes and contribute to business planning and operational reviews.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting a Chief Executive or Senior Leaders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to apply discretion and judgement.
- Experience preparing board papers, agendas, and executive-level minutes.
- Strong customer/member service skills with ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work and contribute to wider team in a small, dynamic working environment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams (experience with Salesforce highly regarded).
- A keen interest or experience in the sporting industry.
