The Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) is the collective and representative voice of past, present and future male and female professional domestic and international cricketers in Australia. We are seeking a friendly, super organised Office Coordinator to join our team located in our Melbourne office. While this role is primarily a full-time on-site role, flexible arrangements including part time hours or adjusted days may be considered for the right candidate.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll provide valued administrative support to the broader team, helping keep the office running smoothly each day. From office and vendor coordination to travel bookings/itineraries and general administration, you’ll play a key part in creating an organised and supportive environment for everyone.
As the welcoming face and voice of the ACA, you’ll connect with team members, members, visitors and external stakeholders with warmth and professionalism — ensuring every interaction feels positive, respectful and professional.
No two days will be the same with key responsibilities of the role including:
- Manage the day to day running of the office, ensuring office supplies, equipment and general upkeep are stocked and maintained
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and friendly impression
- Maintain excellent presentation of the shared spaces, meeting rooms and kitchen areas
- Coordinate relationships with office vendors, contractors, members and service providers
- Internal and external mail distribution and collecting mail from mailbox
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and the broader team
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Collaborate on HR processes regarding onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Support compliance with office health and safety and assist with the coordination of emergency evacuation plans and ensure employees are familiar with safety procedures
- Manage shared Outlook inboxes and triage incoming emails for relevant department to action as required
- Reconcile monthly Office Facilities vendor Business Accounts statements
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan and deliver initiatives and assist with event planning and coordination of workshops, conferences and social events and celebrations.

- Strong customer/member service skills with ability to build rapport and maintain relationships

- Proven ability to maintain and adhere to confidentiality and privacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) including Teams
- Previous experience in event coordination desirable but not essential
